Being a Mortgage Agent was never something that Nick set out to do as a career. Upon graduating from Western University, Nick wanted to enter the world of investment banking. However, meeting a future colleague set him on the path to working in mortgages. His love for finance, solving problems and caring about people perfectly fit the role. Driven by the satisfaction of a job well done, Nick aspires to create a comfortable environment where clients can get proper guidance and communication throughout the process. When Nick is not working, he enjoys gangster/historical movies, golfing and spending time with friends and family.

With almost ten years of mortgage experience, Katherine has seen most mortgage scenarios you can imagine! A mortgage matchmaker you could call her! Ensuring she fully understands your needs, whether you’re self employed, a new professional, requiring debt consolidation or a savvy investor - she will pair you with the right mortgage for your needs!

Building communities is a central priority, and you can often find Katherine at a local charity event or fundraiser, trying to help give back to London. When she’s not getting your mortgages approved, you can find her playing with her kids and walking their Golden Retriever - Shadow!
